The one-bedroom suite with city view was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the convenient location and easy beach access.

I can't believe they don't do the rooms daily if you include it in the cost for the room.

We appreciated the stunning ocean views from our suite. The service was friendly, particularly Antoine, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. However, keep an eye out for cleanliness issues and noise disturbances. The beach could use some tidying up! Plan your beach days wisely.

the lobby of newport beachside hotel & resort looks really nice, and there's a lovely beach right by the property. i enjoyed the all-you-can-eat lobster night at one of the restaurants. the location is perfect for beach lovers, and you can grab a limited starbucks on-site.

The beach access was awesome, plus the themed dinner nights brought some fun! The pool area could use some cleaning, but my family enjoyed the balcony ocean front view. The staff was friendly and made up for the lack of upkeep in some areas.

Amazing stay with great beach access!

We had a super fun 5 nights! The beach was clean and the staff really made us feel special, especially Magglio at the coconut bar – he was awesome! Food options were great, and the poolside snacks were a nice touch. Just wish the elevators weren’t so slow. Otherwise, it was an awesome time!

Great beach views and relaxing atmosphere.

The wedding weekend was lovely thanks to the staff who were there for us every step of the way. Conrad was a gem, made sure everything went smoothly, and really elevated the experience for everyone.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but worth it for the memories made.

The room was spacious and well laid out, which was nice. I liked that it had a decent view. But we had a big issue with the shower—it didn’t work, which was such a mess. Also, there were no cups or amenities, which felt a bit off. I expected more for the price.

The outdoor area of the hotel was gorgeous with a beautiful pool and easy access to the beach, perfect for relaxing strolls. The staff was attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay, and made me feel comfortable throughout.
